saturday's farmers market

Saturday is usually my favorite day of the week but unfortunately little M and I have had to go to farmer's market by ourselves the last 2 weeks because my poor hubby has been working so hard. But, I still love the market. I wish I could be surrounded by at that gorgeous food all the time.
This week we snapped up some rhubarb for a  strawberry rhubarb pie of course and some cauliflower. I'm going to make a pasta dish with cauliflower, golden raisins, pine nuts and pancetta. Photos and recipes for everything coming soon.

I always have to throw in a couple of little M because he's too cute not to
PhotobucketDon't forget to go have a look at my GIVEAWAYS. I only feature handmade giveaways here and everything is G*O*R*G*E*O*U*S. You will not be disappointed. I promise!

Holy Hanna (I can say that, because my daughters name is Hannah) your blog is aaaamazing!! I LOVE farmers markets. I wish we had some here in Vegas. I actually search them out when I travel to more fruitful places. The bummer then is that I can never cook with what I get because I'm not close to my kitchen.

Thanks for stopping by WhipperBerry and leaving a cute comment. It goes without saying, but I am your newest fan!!

these are great pictures! i absolutely love farmer's markets. everything is so fresh, fun, and healthy looking. where i live, it gets really cold in the fall and winter, so farmer's markets usually don't stay open year round. i wish they did! they're a great inspiration for pictures.
