They were incresdibly generous and sent me a stroller blanket, a stroller pad and a monkey bucket to review!!! Let me just start by saying I am really impressed with the quality of the products. 

The backing and lining is a gorgeous plush fabric that is incredibly soft!!! Plus I love all the patterns to choose from. I was sent "Socialite Stripe" and I adore it. It's gender nuetral and goes with everything!! 

Little Milton and I go to the park everyday so I will be getting very good use out of our myMonkeymoo products!! The stroller pad is great. It adds extra padding and it's machine washable so as soon as we have any messes I can throw it in the washing machine and protect my stroller. 

The stroller blanket is great for the stroller or to use for little ones to sit and play on. It's so so soft. And of course Milton L*O*V*E*S his little Monkey bucket!! Today he carried his little piggies to the park in there! SO CUTE!

Linguine Bolognese

Bolognese is one of my favorite dishes. I'm so glad I found time to make it this week for my family! I usually use Mario Batali's {RECIPE}. It is so rich and delicious! This recipe calls for milk and wine which is a little more than some other simpler recipes but it is so flavorful and creamy. I just love it. This is a great meal for busy moms like me. I can prep all my ingredients the day before if needed and then you simply throw it on a pot for an hour and a half and voila!!! You've got a beautiful meal!! 

Healthy Snacks

With the arrival of Ginger, I have found myself strapped for time! I L*O*V*E cooking but honestly lately it's quiet difficult to cook like I used to, PLUS I'm trying to loose 60 pounds so I have been trying to eat really healthy. I am starting my weight loss counter at my pre-pregnancy weigh with Ginger which I reached within a month of her birth and am so thankful for that little head start.   I am pleased to announce I have lost 2 pounds since then so 58 more to go! 

I just thought I would share 2 ideas with you for healthy side dishes or snacks that I make all the time for myself and for little Milton! 

I L*O*V*E strawberries!!!!! So I have discovered that a few sliced up strawberries mixed with some yogurt works great when you are craving sweets. It's really almost as good as a dessert! So whenever I am craving sweets and get tempted to grab a cookie I whip this up instead. 

I have been using Dannon light and fit yogurt lately. It's only 80 calories! 

I also love sweet potatoes and they are so healthy! So I peel them, chop them, coat them in olive oil, salt and pepper and bake them for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

VOILA!!! 

You've got a really tasty, really easy snack or side dish. Milton loves these too!!
