Navy blue and Crimson

I hadn't gotten on the scale in weeks because of my vigorous running schedule and when I finally did I had gained 3 pounds. I was totally bummed out,  thinking how could I have gained 3 pounds running 40 miles a week?
So I took my measurements and sure enough I had lost another 4 inches off my midsection. It's  muscle weight!!! AWESOME!!!!

You look amazing!!! I gained weight when I was training too. And now I've lost it... along with the muscle. So I guess the moral of the story is stay away from the scale :)

And we won't talk about the fact that I can't run 4 miles, let alone 40! Wow!

Cute, I have been wanting to take some WIW pics in the snow, but we have not had any for a few months. We almost always have snow Nov-April here in Northern Cali. You look adorable.
