Okay I am just warning you now this video is like 15 minuets long and I only answered like 6 questions so I guess I'm very long winded. Then at the end I couldn't remember what day it was for like another 5 minuets.

Thanks for answering my question! :) I used to work full-time nights as a nurse, too, so I know how zombie I felt most of the time and that's part of why I couldn't understand how you do it all! You're right though, it is amazing how much being a mom changes you. I have only begun running and I am already liking it for the same reasons you stated- "me" time, your own goals, sense of accomplishment. Thanks for the inspiration!
