I've been doing one about once a week so your probably all sick of me and have nothing else to ask but just thought I'd ask anyway!!!!!

I want to know how your leg is feeling? you have been such a rock star of positivity while being injured and missing the race your trained for.

I tore my ACL about a month ago. Luckily I am still able to run, despite everyone saying I should sit on my butt and wait for surgery, I am training for a 5 mi race (a race distance PR for me) that will be 10 days before surgery. I am putting in 3-6 miles at a time, with a torn ACL! I figure there will be plenty of time to sit around after surgery. I think I am more nervous about not being to run than the actual surgery itself. So long story store... you have been an inspiration to be about how to stay psyched up for fitness even when you can't run. THANK YOU!!

This is totally off topic...but did you and your husband live together before you were married? Also, do you cook healthy meals every night for dinner? And do your kids eat whatever you and your husband eat- I know one is still young, but just though I'd ask! thanks! I do enjoy your blog and vlogss!

Hey there! :) I have been reading your blog for a few months now and I love it. I love that you lost all of your weight the good ol fashioned way:) I lost 97 lbs by eating well and exercise and have been addicted to working out for about 12 years now:)
I wanted to know if you could recommend a good cycling dvd to do at home? I have a bike and a trainer.. But I don't have a gym membership but still want a really good cardio work out to alternate on my running off days. Thanks a bunch

My question to you is how do you plan on starting back up in running? It's so hard for me not to just dive back in after injury, but that's what I did after my marathon and had shin problems again within two weeks. What's your plan? And are you still planning on the same races?

I think you should do a little tutorial video on how to use the yoga ball for a core workout. I have one but have no clue what to do with it, and reading about it online is not as good as seeing it demonstrated!
