A Valentine's Day Questionnaire; He & I

Happy Valentine's Day Lovelies!!!!! 

I came across this questionnaire on my friend Julie's {BLOG} and L*O*V*E*D the idea!!! 

It's a  bunch of questions that you and your hubby both answer separately and then compare your answers. I knew it was a long shot I'd actually get my husband to participate because he doesn't usually like to do things like this but I caught him one afternoon on his day off when he was in a good mood and he humored me and played along! I left out a few of the original questions that I didn't think fit us.

SO FUN!!!!!!!! 

1. How long have you been married? 

Me: 5 years

Hubs: 6 Years? (with a questioning inflection)

2. Where was your first date?

Me: A beautiful restaurant in Santa Barbara. We sat on the patio. He pulled out my chair for me (so sweet) and it made me really uncomfortable (I had control issues at the time)

Hubs: Paul's 

My Note on This: Paul's was the first place that came to my mind when I went to answer this question but I changed my answer after too much thought!  Our relationship was a little complicated. It wasn't cut and dry in the beginning. 

3. Where was you first kiss?

Me: That Cave of an apartment he lived in

Hubs: Clossen Street (AKA "the Cave")

4. Who said I love you first?

Me: Hmmmm......technically I think Me

Hubs: I don't remember but probably Me

My Note: I ADORE the fact that we both thought we said "I Love You" first. SO CUTE!

5. What were your wedding colors?

Me: Ceremony: red, black and white Reception: fuscia, orange and lime

Hubs: Gold, red, black and white

6. If she was ordering drinks what wold you each get?

Me: Water

Hubs: Water

My Note: We're REALLY exciting, can't you tell?

7. What is the best meal she has ever cooked you?

Me: Chicken and Dumplings

Hubs: Her meatballs (panko crusted, potato meatballs)

8. What is the worst meal she has ever cooked you?

Me: The first time I tried to make homemade gnocchi. It was inedible. We had to go out to eat

Hubs: The gnocchi

9. What is the most played song on her iPod?

Me: Thriller by Micheal Jackson

Hubs: The Billy Joel song from our wedding album

10. What is the last thing she does before she goes to bed?

Me: Put in ear plugs

Hubs: Put in her ear plugs

11. What would you say is your favorite thing about her? 

Me: My sense of humor

Hubs: Her strength

My Note: L*O*V*E his answer! Love that man!!!

12. What is the name of her blog?

Me: bouffe e bambini

Hubs: bouffe e bambini

My Note: He helped me name it so he's right on point! I'm pretty sure he even reads it most days:)

                                                                                              

The first thing I said was, "Wow we actually did really good!!! We would do great on the Newlywed game" 

The Hubs quickly replied, "yeah, except we're not newlyweds"

HA!!!!! Guess I forgot that part! 

We'd do pretty well for an old, haggard couple with almost 3 kids:)
